And this is me, Megan aka Zip. The writer behind Sew Zip. I’m a Jesus follower, wife to a handy-man extraordinaire who makes all my DIY dreams come true, and working mama to two feisty girls who show me just how much I need Jesus everyday.

I am passionate about doing life in community. I like to have those deep, awkward conversations. I want to know about your hopes and dreams and if you feel like you are making them happen. Those are sometimes tough conversations to have but to me that is what creates an authentic life. 

Most often you can find me in my sweatpants reading a book, sewing, journaling, or doing projects with my feisty girls. I’m trying to work on being more outdoorsy, I'll let you know how that works out.
