Spreading kindness within the people you know is a good idea too :)

So...pick up that phone and call your precious lonely grandma or great aunt or someone who is not doing so well. Call them up just to chat, ask them about when they were young...you might gain some wisdom while making them feel special :)

Day 4- Being Intentionally Kind

Sometimes we need to be a planner pants and plan ahead for things in life. I think in certain situations, we need to think ahead to how we can be kind to others.

For example, how can we be prepared to help the homeless on the street corner when we're in a hurry and have no cash or no time to buy them something? Well, my friends and I found a way to think ahead about the homeless to how we can help them.

Pay It Forward...Day 3 Spreading Kindess

Well...have you ever seen the movie Pay It Forward? This little way of spreading kindness is kinda like the movie.

When I used to work at Starbucks in the drive thru sometimes a customer would pay for the person's order behind them just to be kind. I always thought that was cool because they wanted to start a little chain of paying it forward but it usually only lasted for one car. That was a bummer.

So let's make a chain of paying it forward!

Today's little way of spreading kindness is to pay for a stranger's coffee, drink, dinner...etc. I know not all of us can spare a lot financially, but make a little exception every once and awhile :)

Who wouldn't want that? Anyhow "...it's more blessed to give than to receive." Acts 20:35
